This probably tells all you need to know about the pain and shame of doing yoga for 3 days.
As it turns out, I really really suck at yoga.
I was asked to do something Finnish and I realized that the most Finnish thing we do is breakfast. We don´t really do brunch but we eat late and drink tons of coffee! I really know how to make a great yoghurt myself now (thanks Jamie) so we´ve been having lots of different shakes and smoothies.
I have like one recipe I use but it would be great to get more!
