I decided to make a soup that´s originally a Jamie Oliver recipe. I didn´t have everything I needed for it so this was a successful adaptation of it !

All you need for my version is:

400g      Chick Peas (Soaked in water, overnight)
2            Big Leeks
              Garlic
              Butter
8 1/2 dl  Vegetable stock

Boil the chick peas till they´re soft.
Put the leeks and garlic in a big pan with some butter and wait till they´re softened as well. Add some salt and chili sauce. (Sambal asli works !)
Add in the chick peas and 2/3 of the vegetable stock. Boil for 15 minutes.
Mash everything and add the rest of the stock.
Sprinkle some parmesan on top and you´re ready to go !


I personally love "Everyday Spice" and "Jerk"- seasoning and I often use them instead of salt.
