How can such a divine looking mash go so wrong.. What did I learn from this debacle? To always stick with the recipe when cooking something I´ve never cooked before.
Two days later....
TADAA! I figured out a way to make them work! Just some cornflour and an egg and it worked!
This rice on the other hand was just delish. So easy to cook as well! It´s a recipe by a fella called Levi Roots. He has some amazing recipes. I am a huge fan of Caribbean-style seasoning so it works for me!
