Summer through our window.

Busybusy

Things have gotten very busy. In a good way, though!
I have a couple of projects going on and I decided to make the most of my summer by taking the whole basic studies program in pedagogics and educational studies. I Feel full of energy but I have a feeling my blog will slow down since I have to start taking care of my portfolio from now on!

I wish you all have a great summer to look forward to! I have a feeling it'll be a good one!

Beasts of the Southern Wild.

Reidar Särestöniemi at Turun Taidemuseo

We saw a magnificent art exhibition last friday at Turun taidemuseo. Reidar Särestöniemi is one of Finland´s most beloved artists and when I saw his incredible artworks in real life, I truly understood why. The vivid surfaces mixed with unbelievable use of colour really blow your mind!

Pictures above are of Turun Taidemuseo. I love the way the old part co-exists with the new. Such a beautiful building.

Independence day breakfast made today a bit more special! We ate some festive loaf and drank this incredible 100% blackcurrant juice mixed with sparkling water.

Gold and silver.

I´ve been collecting cheap gold and silver candleholders from second hand stores for the last few weeks. Our black Muuto needed some company. 

It´s been a rough fall.

But now I have glögi, some self baked gingerbread, Chet Baker and a hidden suprise gift found in my handbag.
